Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026. Crownfront is operated by Fugitive Studios ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing Crownfront on any platform you agree to these terms, the EULA, our Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens on your account. Accounts are personal: do not sell, trade, share, or transfer them. We may require email verification, and we may refuse or reclaim usernames that impersonate others or violate the Community Guidelines.
2. Playing safely
Crownfront is anchored to the real world, but it never requires you to go anywhere. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey the law, and never trespass, drive, or take risks to play. You are responsible for your own safety while playing. Playing safely also means keeping the shared world safe for everyone:
2.1 Respectful conduct
Treat other players with respect. Conduct rules for chat, names, and player interaction live in the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.
2.2 No cheating or exploitation
Do not cheat or exploit — location spoofing, automation or botting, exploiting bugs, and tampering with the client or network traffic are all prohibited, as set out in full under Fair play below.
2.3 No impersonation
Do not impersonate other players, our staff, or Fugitive Studios. As described under Your account above, we may refuse or reclaim usernames that impersonate others.
2.4 Harassment
Harassment of other players is prohibited. That includes targeted abuse, hate, threats, sexual harassment, and repeated unwanted contact through chat, mail, or names. Violations can suspend your chat and mail privileges (a mute), and repeated or severe violations can lead to longer suspensions or account closure.
3. The world is shared — and server-owned
All game state — characters, items, currencies, buildings, territory, and progression — lives on our servers and is decided by our servers. Crownfront is a persistent shared world: other players can contest territory, attack structures, and affect things you have built, and that is part of the game, not a defect. Virtual items and currencies (including any premium currency) are a limited, revocable license to features of the service; they are not property, have no real-world value, and may not be sold or exchanged for real money outside the game.
4. Purchases
Purchases made inside the mobile app are processed by the platform store you bought them through (Google Play, the App Store), and that store's refund policies apply.
Purchases outside the mobile stores are made at our web shop (shop.crownfrontgame.com — the store the desktop game opens), which is hosted and operated by Xsolla, who act as the merchant of record — they are the seller for those transactions, they show you the price in your own currency including any tax, and their refund policy applies. You sign into the shop with your Player ID, and a purchase made against another player's Player ID is a gift credited to that player's account. We never see or store your card details.
Royal Sigils and other virtual currency are consumed licenses under the section above: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the corresponding currency from your account; where it has already been spent we may record the shortfall and limit further purchases from the web shop.
Currency earned by completing third-party offers available through the web shop is the same currency, subject to the same terms. Offers are operated by their providers, not by us, and we credit currency only when the provider confirms completion.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat. That includes location spoofing, automation or botting, exploiting bugs, tampering with the client or network traffic, and buying or selling accounts or virtual goods for real money. We validate gameplay server-side and we act on what we find, up to permanent account closure. Conduct rules for chat, names, and player interaction live in the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of text you write in Crownfront (chat, mail, profile bio, support tickets), and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and moderate it as part of operating the service. Everything else in Crownfront — the game, its art, names, and systems — belongs to Fugitive Studios, and we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The game lets you report any player-written content — chat messages, mail, profiles, kingdom names, structure names — and block any player; blocking hides their messages from you immediately and notifies us. The EULA sets out the conduct rules and how we enforce them.
7. Service changes and availability
Crownfront is a live online game. We change balance, content, and features continuously; we may run maintenance; and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice on this website.
8. Enforcement and termination
We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently close accounts that break these terms, and remove content that violates them.
You may stop playing at any time, and you can delete your account yourself — in the game under Menu → Settings → Account, or on this website at /account/delete. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your character, items, currencies, buildings, and territory are destroyed and cannot be restored, and your username is released for others to register. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Sections that by their nature survive (content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive closure.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fugitive Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, currency, or progress; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
10. Changes and contact
We will post material changes to these terms here with a new effective date; continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept it. Questions: use the support section of this website.
