Community Guidelines
Effective July 28, 2026. Crownfront is a shared world — rivalry, territory war, and competition are the game. These guidelines are about how we treat the people behind the characters. They apply everywhere Crownfront runs: in-game chat and mail, player names and profiles, and this website. They are part of the Terms of Service.
Respect the player, fight the character
Attacking flags, contesting territory, and fierce trade rivalry are all fair play. Harassment of the person is not: no hate speech, slurs, threats, sexual harassment, or targeted abuse. Do not follow someone across channels or systems to continue a personal attack after they disengage.
Real-world safety and privacy
Crownfront overlays the real world, so this rule is absolute: never use the game to locate, follow, or confront a person in real life, and never pressure another player to reveal where they live or play. Do not post anyone's personal information — yours or theirs. Threats of real-world harm result in immediate permanent removal.
Play fair
No location spoofing, botting or automation, bug exploitation, client tampering, or real-money trading of accounts or items. Found a bug or exploit? Report it through support instead of using it — that is the difference between a bug report and a ban.
Names, profiles, and chat
Usernames, kingdom and city names, building names, and profile bios follow the same standards as chat: no slurs, sexual content, impersonation of staff or other players, or scam links. Keep the shared channels (General, Help, Trade) usable — no flooding or spam, and take extended arguments out of Help.
Reporting and enforcement
Report violations through the in-game support option or this website's support section; include names and what happened. Depending on severity and history, enforcement ranges from a warning or mute to temporary suspension or permanent account closure, and cheating enforcement may include removing gains. We review reports — false or bad-faith reporting is itself a violation.
